Refund Policy:
We strive to provide our customers with the best experience possible. As part of this commitment, we have a transparent refund policy in place.
1. Full refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 1 hour of the booking.
2. Half refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 6 hours of the booking.
3. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after 24 hours of the booking.
4. Full refunds will be granted if we fail to provide the service within the client’s specified deadline.
5. Refunds will also be considered if a customer is dissatisfied with the service due to a failure to meet the agreed-upon quality standards.
Please note that all refund requests must be submitted in writing to our customer service team for review. Refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe once the request has been approved.
